We’re offering you to set off to a railroad trip across Holland inside a restaurant inside a historic train!
Enjoy a marvelous freshly cooked dinner with fresh ingredients. The restaurant’s menu is developed by the notorious chef Edwin Sumang, who is in the charge of the kitchen in the restaurant “One” that is marked with a Michelin star.
The train has a remarkable history. Manufactured in 1957, this luxurious international train once connected a Dutch town Hoek van Holland with Milan and Geneva. The passengers enjoyed the breathtaking view on Rhine and alpine landscapes.
We invite you to board this unique train and travel across the wonderful landscapes of Holland, while enjoying a glass of fine wine and excellent dinner. Starting in Amsterdam you’ll head to Haarlem, Leiden, The Hague, Rotterdam, Gouda, Breukelen, and Lisse with its wonderful flower fields. See noisy big cities replaced by borderless landscapes outside your window!
The journey is about 3 hours long
